ABA Therapy
Growth, development, and happiness are top priorities at Precision ABA. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of children with and without Autism in the ways that are meaningful to them by providing therapeutic services centered on assent and self-advocacy. We utilize research-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Precision Teaching methodologies customized to meet the unique needs and learning styles of our clients.

Our services include 1:1 ABA therapy located in-home, in our learning center, or via telehealth. During sessions we focus on building communication, social skills, life skills and independence, and community integration.

Caregiver Support
Our caregiver support program is designed to equip parents and other caregivers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support your child’s progress both during therapy sessions and in everyday life. Through personalized coaching sessions, workshops, and resources, we provide caregivers with strategies that work in real life to help improve your relationship with your child, communication, and learning. We believe that caregivers are the most influential advocates and educators in a child’s life, and by working together we can create a strong foundation for lasting growth and positive outcomes. We provide both virtual and home-based caregiver support sessions focusing on support with routines (bedtime, morning, etc.), support with teaching life skills (showering, tooth brushing, time management, etc.), and support with behavior management.
Training & Supervision
One of our values at Precision ABA is growth. Not only are we working to enhance the skills of our learners but we also ensure our staff are continually growing and developing their skills. We provide extensive training, mentoring, and coaching to all staff including interns interested in becoming BCBAs.
Growth opportunities include:

Supervision for interns earning hours toward their BCBA certificate

Training for therapists who have passed the BCBA exam and are looking to get experience before taking on a role as a BCBA

In-session evaluations to support the learning a growth of technicians and BCBAs

Quarterly reviews for all staff to set, and review goals to ensure that continual learning and growth are occurring both in and out of sessions.
We also provide coaching and mentorship outside of Precision ABA to other organizations looking to improve their clinical skill set, leadership skills, and more! Our Founder and Clinical Director, Brigid McCormick, has been an invited speaker at various conferences and other organizations to disseminate information on Precision Teaching, Assent-Based Practice, and more!

School Support
At Precision ABA, we understand the significance of a cohesive learning experience, which is why we collaborate closely with school and educators to ensure each client’s individual needs are met in the classroom in addition to all other environments. Our team reviews IEP documents, suggests goals, attends IEP and other school meetings and fosters open communication between the school and clinical team. Through our school support services, we strive to create a consistent approach between therapy and school environments that fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment that maximizes each child’s success.
We also provide services in schools and to school teams on how to support their students’ growth.
Tutoring
Combining the principles of ABA and Precision Teaching, we are dedicated to help students of all ages achieve their academic goals, regardless of diagnosis. Whether a child needs help with a specific subject or general study skills, our team will provide personalized support and guidance to help you succeed in your studies. And with data to demonstrate progress, we can guarantee success.
