Meet the Team

Brigid Lint Roll 1.jpg

Brigid McCormick, M.A., BCBA
Founder and Clinical Director

Brigid jokes that she has been in the human services field since before she was born. Her parents met working with adults with disabilities, and she has volunteered or worked with agencies since before she could walk. As the Founder of Precision ABA, Brigid fosters a community centered on self advocacy and consent, commitment to learning, empathy, and fun. Before earning her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Brigid received her teaching certification in Secondary Education from Illinois State University. As an accomplished Precision Teacher and Instructional Designer, she blends education and ABA to build strong repertoires for both learners and staff.

Brigid believes her role is to coach and empower others to meet their goals. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who previously served as the President of the Illinois Association for Behavior Analysis. Brigid truly loves working with children and their families, and coaching staff members to become exceptional clinicians. When she’s not working, you can find Brigid spending time with her family, crafting, and reading.

Haley Ochromowicz
Office Manager and Behavior Technician

Haley is the Office Manager at Precision ABA. She began with us in May of 2017 as a Behavior Technician, and resumes this role from time to time. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois-Springfield. Haley has worked with children and adults of all ages, on and off the spectrum, for 12 years. She has previously worked as a preschool teacher and adult day program leader. Haley is knowledgeable in the fields of child development, ABA, and Precision Teaching.

She loves her job because she loves watching learners grow and develop new skills. Helping and understanding others is the reason Haley chose a career in the psychology field. She sees life as a great adventure and aims to make hers a joyous journey filled with diverse experiences.

As a Behavior Analyst, Desiree enjoys seeing the progress each of her clients make towards their goals and knowing that she played a role in getting them there! She also enjoys learning with her clients and coworkers. In her free time, Desiree loves going to see her favorite band, My Morning Jacket, play at venues across the country. She also enjoys practicing yoga and free dancing on aerial hammocks and the aerial hoop. When she's not doing any of those things, she is either hanging out at home with her boyfriend and pup, Remmy, or spending time with friends and family.

She attended The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, earning her Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. And, she says, "I get to work with incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and awesome people." In her free time, Kelsey likes to travel and explore new countries, try new foods, and spend time with her family and friends.
